I recently ordered a replacement blower motor for my blasting cabinet. I was contacted by the company explaining that the motor that i ordered was no longer being manufactured but they had a replacement motor that was identical. They wanted to know it that would be ok by me? Most companies would just send it. These guys made it a point to contact me and get my permission to proceed. Very thoughtful and professional!
