Returns & Return Policy

By placing an order on our website, you enter into a binding contract and agree to the follow terms:

  • BMP Industrial Supply reserves the right (for any reason) to cancel any sale and refund payment for that sale back to the customer, or refuse the return of any purchased item.

  • If a customer decides to cancel a purchase and the item has already been shipped, the total payment of the purchase will be refunded back to the customer less any shipping charges and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (of the total purchase price) once the item is returned back to BMP.

  • If an item malfunctions and meets criteria to be replaced via its warranty policy, that item must be returned back to the manufacturer. Once the manufacturer receives the faulty item(s), then it will be decided upon by the manufacturer whether the item will be replaced free of charge or not.

  • Used items may not be returned for any reason without authorization from a BMP representative. BMP reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that has been used/installed.
